Comrade Monke vs Brick Bat

He arrived and waited outside. When it was his turn, he went inside, and found them all gathered. They all looked unique and different from each other, but one stood out: A medium-height man with a scar on his face, who looked fresh out of jail.

-Sit down Tommy.

-Ok boss.

After a few seconds and a few drinks, the man that stood out got up, and so did everyone else. He then approached Tommy carrying a needle and a card of the Virgin Mary. He gave the card to Tommy and told him:

-What you are about to do Tommy, is irreversible. Do you understand?

-I understand.

-The family you are joining will now mean more to you than your own family, your country, or God. If I ask you to kill your brother, you must do it. Show me, which hand would pull the trigger?

Tommy lifted his right hand slightly and extended his finger. The boss used the needle to pierce Tommy’s finger slightly, and the blood dropped on the card which had been placed on the table. The boss picked it up and set it on fire with a lighter. He then gave it to Tommy.

-Repeat after me: If I betray this brotherhood, and our way of life, may my soul burn, just like this saint.

Tommy repeated this while passing the card from hand to hand to avoid burning.

-Welcome!

-Thank you, Don Camonte.

-And now that you are our brother, we have a little problem to take care of…

-Sure Don, what is it?

-He who threw me in jail. He must be taken care of… You know who I am talking about, right?

-Yes, Don. I will take care of it.

After that, Tommy grabbed his gun and went out, searching for Comrade Monke, who, one year ago, had been the cause of Camonte going to jail.

Comrade Monke was sleeping in his dacha, when a phone call woke him up. It wasn’t the chief, strangely enough, but Anastasia.

-Hello?

-Monke come here quickly!

-What’s wrong?

-There’s someone weird outside my house!

-What do you mean weird?

-You’ll understand. Just, please, come here quickly!

-Alright.

Comrade Monke got out of bed and got dressed. He then left. He drove to Anastasia’s house, and quickly went inside. When he entered, he saw her passed out on the floor. He approached her and woke her up.

-Anastasia? What happened?

-He’s… upstairs.

Monke quickly grabbed his gun from his suit and went upstairs. He then saw him: A man dressed in a bat costume, and holding a brick.

-Comrade Monke, I’ve been waiting for you…

Monke aimed his gun at the weird person.

-Who are you?

-My name is Bat. Brick Bat. See this brick I am holding? It’s actually a detonator. If you come with me, I will send men here to deactivate the bomb and your friend will be safe… But resist, and we all go boom!

Monke threw his gun on the floor.

-Alright, take me where you want. Just please, don’t hurt her!

-I knew you were a smart monkey!

However, Brick Bat threw the brick he was holding on Monke’s head, making him pass out. The brick was not a detonator after all…

When Monke woke up, he was in front of Camonte and tied to a chair.

-Comrade Monke…

-Tony Camonte, and is that Brick Bat next to you?

-Oh I see you’ve met him already!

-I have. He told me his brick was a detonator!

Camonte laughed.

-And you believed him? You’re such an idiot!

Monke broke free from the chair with his super strength. He jumped towards the table and grabbed a gun. He aimed it at Camonte.

-Impressive, said Camonte as he was clapping, but this is not going to be as easy as you think.

Suddenly, the entire room was being filled with gas!

Camonte and Brick Bat ran out and locked the door while Monke was hallucinating. He then started seeing them one by one: The Spy Smasher, Dracula, Agent Croco, and all his adversaries from the past years.

However, Monke did not give up that easily. He aimed his gun at the door’s lock, and shot it open. He ran outside, closed the door and felt better now that he could breathe. He then looked outside the window, and saw a helicopter about to take off.

He shot the window, breaking it, and jumping outside on the helipad. He jumped on the helicopter as it was taking off and got inside. He saw the Brick Bat, without his mask, and with the pilot’s outfit that said “Tommy” on it, piloting it and Camonte on the next seat.

When they noticed Monke had gotten on the helicopter, Camonte grabbed his gun but Monke shot them both dead.

Monke then quickly went to the pilot’s seat, and started flying the helicopter himself.

Monke flew all the way back to the Soviet Union. He was awarded a medal, and went back to his dacha. He fed his budgie Pepita or Pepi and went to his bed, awaiting his next mission…

The end of Brick Bat and Tony Camonte, but Comrade Monke will return!
